Updates: since Microsoft announced about Service Pack 2 for SharePoint 2010, it is now supported on Windows Server 2012, read more here: http://maiomardesouki.com/2013/07/24/now-sp-2-supports-sharepoint-2010-to-run-on-windows-2012/
Yes for now, I believe it will be supported but let’s wait nothing is sure cause now Microsoft said it is not supported with 3 issues.
fortunately Tom Van Gaever solved issue 3. Let me speak with articles I read and saved to share with you.

Microsoft article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2724471
-
Issue 1: The SharePoint 2010 installation process fails.
I think here we need to look at log to get details for the failure.
- Issue 2: The SharePoint 2010 prerequisite installer (PrerequisiteInstaller.exe) fails, and you receive the following error message: This program has compatibility issues
-
Issue 3: When you try to start the SharePoint 2010 Management Shell, you receive the following error message: The Local farm is not accessible. Cmdlets with FeatureDependencyId are not registered. Additionally, when you try to run PowerShell cmdlets for SharePoint Server 2010, you receive the following error message: Microsoft SharePoint is not supported with version 4.0.xxxxx.xxxxx of the Microsoft .Net Runtime.

That’s why I am saying lets wait to see what happens if Microsoft released SP3 for SharePoint 2010 then may be it will be supported and without issues to install on Windows Server 2012 as said here too: http://www.danielbrown.id.au/Lists/Posts/Post.aspx?ID=111
Thanks Daniel Brown and Thanks Tom Van Gaever
