It’s been 14 years now working with hundreds and thousands of customers around the globe doing SharePoint and OneDrive. Starting from End User to migrations. From power users trainings to administration and development.

More on to that, to Securing SharePoint and OneDrive content through Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance.

Building Apps on top of SharePoint and Teams using Power Apps. And I’m glad to say I automated many business scenarios for our customers on SharePoint with the use of Power Automate as well. And building Bots using Power Virtual Agents and Embedding these Bots into SharePoint thrilled my customers to use SharePoint even heavily.

I’m also supporting Microsoft Teams Platform in MEC in Modern Work, starting from Marketing Apps to deploying to Training the customer on how to use it and training our CEs too.

Working closely with all our CSAMs and CSMs to open blockers for them at customer side when working with Power Platform and necessary Integrations. For that I do lots of POCs for our customers.

Presenting Digital Spark, through its first public session called “Microsoft Teams Collaboration Hub” it’s a four hours session, training our Large and Medium sectors and different industries on Microsoft Teams most used and latest features.

I’m leading the MEA CSAM Academy, building sessions with interactive speakers around EMEA for CSAMs on what is new and introducing new products.

My core technology and expertise is in SharePoint & Power Platform. And over the last 2 years added Microsoft Teams. My role is customer facing. I work with customers around the globe with the focus on MEC Region.

I’m leading the content creation of 2 workshops in Microsoft. In which I’m maintaining and updating each also accrediting customer engineers.

I’m also mentoring our new hires and supporting them their accreditations and shadowing me sometimes in the customer engagements.
